This weekend my Cousin Toni (Chance and Blake's Mom) was in town for Barrel racing so we took the kids to watch her. She did really well, I am always impressed with how much she knows about horses and how well she rides, it really is amazing. We call her the Horse Whisperer.
In between her rides she let the kids ride around on her horse, This horses name is Tater. We were laughing because Shay's hair and the horse are the exact same color. Shayna loved that!
That night about 8:30 Toni had to go back to feed and water the Horses. She let the kids go with her and she showed them how to take care of them and they got to sit on the horse without a saddle. They thought it was a weird feeling but judging from the HUGE grins on their faces I know they loved it!
